2. Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Policy covers personal and operational data we collect when you register for an account, use the Service, contact support, or otherwise interact with AviationTaxLogs. Account & Contact Information

  • Name, organization, email address, billing contact, role/title, and other registration details.

Aircraft & Flight Data (User Data)

  • Tail numbers, aircraft make/model, flight times, dates, departure/arrival locations, flight purpose (business vs. personal), flight logs, and any documents or notes you upload to the Service.

Billing & Payment Information

  • We use Stripe as our payment processor. We collect billing contact and transactional metadata (e.g., invoice amounts, plan purchased). Stripe collects and processes payment card details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. For details, see Stripe's privacy documentation.

Usage, Devices & Analytics

  • IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use analytics to improve the Service and monitor performance.

Cookies & Tracking

  • Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, enable core functionality, and provide analytics and advertising features where applicable.

Support & Communications
